American Unit Inc was awarded Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) contract for the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) under contract number DIR-CPO-5567 to provide IT Staff Augmentation services.

Contracts may be used by all eligible Customers including Texas State Agencies, units of Local Government, cities, counties, public school districts, municipalities, Special Purpose Districts, Institutions of Higher Education, assistance organizations, Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), Private Schools, Private or Independent Institutions of Higher Education, Volunteer Fire Departments, Public Safety Entities, County hospitals, public hospitals or hospital districts, and public entities outside Texas.

Services will be provided on an as needed basis to DIR customers when they submit and distribute solicitations for ITSAC Services. American Unit Inc will respond to solicitations, via a resume or SOWs that meet the minimum requirements outlined in the solicitation document.

Requirements

Through the ITSAC contract, American Unit offers a comprehensive suite of IT staff augmentation services tailored to meet the diverse needs of government agencies.

There are two (2) types of solicitations allowable under this Contract.

  1. Statement of Work - a solicitation document distributed to one (1) or more Contract holders requesting a response to a specific Customer need for a business solution to a staffing need; Agencies will issue Statements of Work (SOWs) via email to Contract holders.
  2. Request for Resumes - a solicitation document distributed to one (1) or more Contract holders requesting resumes to fill a particular staff need.
    • Customers may limit the number of resumes received from each Contract holder.
    • Customers will issue Requests for Resumes using the DIR ITSAC Portal.
