Job Role:  IT Operations Lead

Job Description:

  • Design project plans for SOW Projects and provide an estimate on a budget, time frames and implement Software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Interview candidates using various methods (Structured interviews, technical assessments, reference checks and social media recruitment).
  • Generate recruiting metric reports manually and through applicant tracking systems (Taleo). Manage client hiring manager relationship and provide updates and summaries of recruiting progress.
  • Oversee job requisition, description development, competencies, skills, knowledge and understanding of how many individuals must be generated for open positions.
  • Have the ability to identify technical issues and provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed including use of problem-solving diagnostics and personnel evaluation.

  • Work with resource managers to develop search strategies, and overall staffing needs for the organization. Educate hiring managers on the recruitment process; timeline, roles and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise within IT/Technical acquisition team.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with senior leadership, as well as hiring managers and candidates.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions.
  • Assist HR with recruiting and other technical issues.
  • Perform technical screening calls to analyze applicants abilities on various software technologies

Job Requirement:

We are looking for a Tririga Solution Architect for our internal project at American Unit in Plano, Texas/India. We are primarily looking for somebody who can stay with us for long term and grow with the company, preferably a transfer.

The TRIRIGA Application Developer Team Lead is responsible for the overall implementation and customizations using the TRIRIGA application platform. The Team Lead's role is to understand the customer’s application requirements, work with the client and Business Analyst who designed the customer’s application, and implement the customized solution. Key responsibilities include:

Responsible for the technical design documentation as well as hands-on configuration of the IBM TRIRIGA solution through all phases of the software development life cycle

Work multiple projects simultaneously and provide status updates to management on a regular basis and update project schedules

Work cooperatively with other organizations to accomplish project work in an efficient and quality manner

Lead, train and mentor junior Application Developer resources on the project team
